6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate recommendations and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should review and verify all AI recommendations
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• AI feedback is guidance, not absolute truth
• You are responsible for final career decisions

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Certain features are available for free with limitations.

Paid Subscriptions: Premium features require payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, features, source code, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Agile CV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Specific results or employment outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGILE CV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data. You may cancel your account anytime through account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
